A finished physical product, supplied empty. Props are not included. Decorative use only, not intended for liquids, food or drink. Small removable parts: keep away from young children. Visible layer lines and small surface variations are part of the 3D-printing process.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on every order.
We normally dispatch within 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday) after you place your order. This includes time to make and finish made-to-order items. Delivery time is additional to the dispatch estimate.
We’ll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where available. If we expect a delay, we’ll let you know. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@exwhyzed.shop with your order number so we can help. You do not need to wait that long to raise a concern.
Returns
Personalised items
Items made to your individual specifications, such as your own name or text, cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Standard designs remain returnable even when printed after you order or selected from our usual colour options.
Other items
You can cancel before delivery or within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email hello@exwhyzed.shop, then return the item within 14 days of cancelling. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier, including any standard outbound delivery charge. You pay return postage for a change of mind. You may inspect items as you would in a shop.
Faulty or damaged items
Email hello@exwhyzed.shop with your order details and a description of the problem. A photo can help if available. We’ll arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement and cover reasonable return postage. Your rights for faults continue beyond 30 days.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
Optional cancellation form
Email hello@exwhyzed.shop or write to eXwhYZed, 8 Kempton Close, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 4YZ. Include: “I wish to cancel my order”, the goods, order date, received date, your name, address and the date. You can also cancel with any other clear statement.
