Personalised and made-to-order items

Items made with your name, text or colour choices are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns if you change your mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if something arrives faulty or damaged.

Other items

For items that aren’t personalised, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Tell us by email, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. Unless the item is faulty, you pay for the return postage.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us at hello@exwhyzed.shop within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
