These terms apply to orders placed with eXwhYZed through this shop.

Your order

When you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm it, and our contract with you starts then. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Personalised items

Please check spelling and colour choices before you order. We make personalised items exactly as you enter them, so we can’t accept returns for mistakes in the details you give us.

Colours and photos

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen, and items made to order can vary slightly from the photos.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Cancellations and returns

Our Returns page explains when you can cancel or return an order. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

If we can’t make your order

If we can’t make or deliver your order for any reason, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
