Privacy

eXwhYZed runs this shop. This notice explains what we do with your personal information when you shop with us.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address and delivery address, your phone number if you give it, what you ordered and any personalisation you entered. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card details.

How we use it

We use your details to make and deliver your order, to email you about it, and to help with any questions or returns. We need them to fulfil our contract with you. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes, usually six years.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to take your payment; the delivery company that brings your parcel, which receives your name and address; and the services that host this shop and send our emails. We never sell your information or use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This shop only uses the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that remembers your basket. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. To do any of these, email us at hello@exwhyzed.shop. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
